Kinesiology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that uses gentle muscle testing to communicate directly with your body. By monitoring how your muscles respond to specific stimuli, I can identify imbalances, stresses and blockages that may be at the root of your physical or emotional symptoms.

What to Expect in a Kinesiology Session

Every session is unique because every body is unique. Here's a general guide to help you feel prepared and at ease.

Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the complexity of your issue. Your first session may be slightly longer as we discuss your health history.

You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch. I use gentle muscle testing to identify where imbalances lie, then apply appropriate corrections — which may include nutritional support, emotional stress release, structural adjustments or energy balancing.

🌱 After Your Session

Many people feel a sense of calm and clarity. I'll share recommendations tailored to you — which may include dietary adjustments, supplements or lifestyle changes. Follow-up sessions are scheduled based on your body's needs.

Kinesiology can support a wide range of issues including chronic pain, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, stress, fatigue, allergies, food sensitivities, learning difficulties, emotional trauma and more. It works by identifying the root cause rather than just addressing symptoms.
How is kinesiology different from going to my GP?
Your GP is essential for diagnosis and medical treatment. Kinesiology complements this by looking at the whole picture — structural, biochemical, emotional and energetic. It's particularly valuable when conventional tests come back 'normal' but you still don't feel right. I work in partnership with you to uncover what your body is trying to tell you.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some people experience significant shifts after just one session, while chronic or complex issues may benefit from a series of sessions. Your body sets the pace — I'll always be guided by what it tells us.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
