As a kinesiology practitioner, scenar therapist, functional nutritionist and integrative wellness coach, I work with women in every stage — pre-menopause, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause — to support homeostasis, optimise internal balance, and get to the root of what's really going on.

My approach is multifaceted — mind, body and spirit — and built around you. We work in partnership, not against your body. You leave more informed, more empowered, and better equipped to advocate for your own health.

Which stage of menopause do you work with?
All of them — pre-menopause, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. Wherever you are in your journey, there is customised, holistic support and a path forward.
Do I have to choose one therapy, or do you combine them?
I work integratively — your sessions may blend kinesiology, scenar therapy, functional nutrition and coaching depending on what your body needs that day. It's never rigid.
Can this work alongside HRT or medical care?
Yes. My work is complementary and supportive — it works beautifully alongside your GP, consultant or HRT plan, never replacing medical advice.
What if I don't know where to start?
That's exactly what an initial strategy call is for. We'll talk through what you're experiencing and map out the best starting point for your body, mental and emotional health  — no pressure, just clarity.
