What happens in a nutrition audit?
Upon booking, you will receive a form to complete. Once the form has been completed you will receive a link to the booking page to schedule your online consultation. During the consultation we review your diet, lifestyle, symptoms and health history in depth. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and will leave the consultation with a clear, practical, personalised plan incorporating our recommendations to build your foundation of wellbeing.
Do you support gluten-free or specific dietary needs?
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, low-FODMAP, anti-inflammatory, plant-based and more. Every plan is built around your body, your preferences and your life.
Can I have coaching after my audit?
Absolutely. The audit is often followed by ongoing nutritional coaching to help you implement changes, troubleshoot challenges and go deeper into root-cause healing.
